What is interchange plus?
Interchange Plus is a pricing model which intelligently tracks Interchange rates and scheme fees right down to a transaction level. This means we can calculate the cost of each payment across multiple networks and select the lowest processing costs automatically, before the transaction is completed. Best of all, you get total visibility into the process and can see exactly what you’re being charged for each transaction.
What payment methods do you support?
We support all payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple and Android Pay, e-checks, and bank transfers.
Is there free equipment?
Most customers selecting ClymbPayments Pro will receive a terminal to process physical transactions. For others, we provide dozens of terminals for purchase (at cost) or low-cost equipment rentals.
Do you offer contracts?
No. We believe in providing good service at a good price without the BS. ClymbPayments has no contracts. However, a customer may elect to sign a rental contract for a terminal. That continues to apply until account cancelation or when the terminal is updated with a newer model.
How Do I Sign Up?
Sign up is completed with a simple application. We encourage all customers to reach out to us to answer any questions they may have prior to completing their application.
How long until I am approved?
This is a merchant services account, and it does require underwriting approval. In most cases, this is automatic and completed within hours. Most customers can start processing the next business day.
Is my personal information secure?
Yes, we take the security of your personal information seriously. We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. Your information will only be used for order processing and will not be shared with any third parties.
