I understand that if my application is accepted, I will be allowed to reach out to Clymb if a business need arises. I am aware that Clymb makes zero guarantees about the transferability of existing contracts, agreements, and terms signed prior to my membership.

Additionally, I understand that in order to obtain exclusive Clymb pricing, that I will need to call Clymb Business Solutions before reaching out to a vendor directly.

I understand that my membership is free and can be terminated at any time by either party. If terminated, there is a 12-month delay before re-instatement can occur. Active membership is required to receive Clymb specific pricing. While existing services will not be terminated, any discounts will be removed.
